Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Your date/time is not locked until your deposit is paid. The remainder is to be paid one week before your event. If your event is within 10 days, the balance is due at booking. Should you need to cancel, please do so within 72 hours of your event, if possible.

Charleston Charm Balloon & Decor uses only premium latex balloons. I will return after your event to collect any column poles, pipe and drape stands, hoops or arches.
